Krystle Delgado

Krystle Delgado, also known as “Miss Krystle,” has established her career as an advocate for exploited artists in the music industry. Krystle is Owner and CEO of both Dukes Up Records and the Top Music Attorney Podcast.

Known as a fierce and strategic lawyer, Krystle has quickly emerged as a leading figure in entertainment and intellectual property litigation. By leading major class-action lawsuits against AI music platforms such as SUNO and UDIO, she has stepped into one of the biggest legal battles in the music industry, over whether artists should have a say and be fairly compensated when their music is used to train AI. As the fight unfolds, she has become a leading advocate for artists’ rights.

Krystle has been featured in both local and music business press, including Phoenix Magazine, Music Business Worldwide, Digital Music News, and BUZZ Magazine. She recently weighed in on the future of generative AI music platforms in an op-ed for Music Business Worldwide.

Through Delgado Entertainment Law, PLLC, Krystle has built a practice focused on protecting musicians, estates, and creative businesses from unfair contracts, copyright infringement, and AI. Since beginning her career in 2014, Krystle has been on the Super Lawyers Rising List (2021-2026) and has grown her practice into a 15-person team. She has negotiated more than $25 million in music catalog transactions, helping artists monetize their music while also preserving ownership and control of their IP.
